My New Obsession

 I received the Ninja 1100 as a gift this past Christmas.

I have to say, it's really a really great product.  I had my sights set on the Vitamix Blender for quite some time but had some difficulty bringing myself to  pay the hefty price tag it comes with.  

Since receiving the Ninja, I have made a plethora of tantalizing tasty treats from The Green Goddess Smoothie to a Grapefruit/Blackberry smoothie with a dash of agave that my daughter made up.

 I even made a delicious loaf of banana bread and my own version of Chipotle's guacamole! (still tweaking that one)   I'm loving this thing.  Do you have a Ninja?  If so, what's the best thing you've made in it?
